There is a great deal of excitement right now for Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter.
So much so, that he’s already been invited by Texas governor Greg Abbot to move Twitter HQ from California to Texas.
One rancher in Austin, Texas has taken that offer one step further.
The CEO of Schwertner Farms, Jim Schwertner, offered up 100 acres of free land for Musk to bring the Twitter HQ to Texas!
“Elon Musk, Move Twitter to Schwertner, TX. 38 Miles North of Austin in Williamson County, and we will give you 100 Acres for FREE,” tweeted Schwertner.
Schwertner had more to say of the deal later with the Austonian:
“I mean, this area is exploding and we want to be part of this explosive growth.”
He’s not wrong either.
Three of Musk’s other companies are already operating out of Texas:
The Boring Company, SpaceX, and Tesla.
While California is on the decline, Texas is on the rise!

Here are more details on Schwertner’s offer from the Epoch Times:
“We think it’s a good idea, especially when you’ve got Samsung coming to Taylor,” said Schwertner to Austonia.
Samsung Electronics is building a $17 billion chipmaking campus in the suburb of Taylor.
“I mean, this area is exploding and we want to be part of this explosive growth,” he said.
Schwertner said that the move would be a “win-win” for everybody involved, claiming that a business like Twitter would bring plenty of jobs to Texas and a boon for the local economy.
