A California law enforcement association has cut ties with Paul Pelosi.

The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation terminated Paul Pelosi’s lifetime membership following his DUI guilty plea earlier this week.

“After evaluating the events that led to Mr. Pelosi’s arrest and conviction, we are revoking Mr. Pelosi’s lifetime membership with the CHP 11-99 Foundation effective immediately,” the organization announced in a Thursday news release.

The charity noted Paul Pelosi, husband to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, flashed his membership card to police back in May when he was pulled over for crashing his car while being drunk.

“After evaluating the events that led to Mr. Pelosi’s arrest and conviction, we are revoking Mr. Pelosi’s lifetime membership with the CHP 11-99 Foundation effective immediately. A letter to Mr. Pelosi informing him of this termination was mailed out yesterday,” the letter said.

“The mere presentation of his 11-99 Foundation identification credentials to law enforcement made it appear that he was presenting them for preferential treatment whether that was the case or not which violates the terms and conditions he agreed to on his membership application,” the letter added.

Earlier this week, authorities released dashcam footage of Paul Pelosi slurring his words following a drunken crash in California back in May.

The dashcam video shows Paul Pelosi being questioned by California Highway Patrol moments after the crash that left another driver injured.

In the video, Pelosi can be heard mumbling to an officer that he had a “glass of champagne before dinner” and “a glass of white.”

“Officers responding to the crash after 10 p.m. said they found Pelosi in the driver’s seat of his 2021 Porsche Carrera, while the other driver — who was injured — was standing outside an SUV,” the New York Post reported. “When asked for identification, officers said Pelosi had offered them his driver’s license and an ’11-99 Foundation’ card, which supports CHP employees and their families.”

Pelosi was “unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage,” officers said at the time.

The dash cam video came after Pelosi appeared in court on Tuesday after being charged with Driving Under the Influence.

Paul Pelosi pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and causing injury in connection to the DUI.

Pelosi’s plea agreement includes a jail term of five days, although Judge Joseph Solga noted that he already had credit for four days, two from actual time served and two for conduct credits. The remaining day will be covered by an 8-hour work program, Fox News reported.

“The sentence also includes a three-month drunk driving program, one year with an ignition interlock device, restitution payments, as well as three years of probation. As part of the agreement, Pelosi pleaded guilty to violating California Vehicle Code 23153(a), and a second charge was dismissed in the interest of justice,” the report added.

Earlier this month, a lawyer for Paul Pelosi appeared on his behalf in a Napa County court for his arraignment on DUI charges.

In June, California law enforcement released the mugshot of Paul Pelosi from his DUI arrest.

“Police release booking photo of Speaker Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi from late May after he was arrested for DUI,” Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram wrote on Twitter. “Napa County says the decision to release or withhold mugshots is up to police. Not DA.”

“Mr. Pelosi received the same treatment under that policy that all individuals released from County Jail receive,” Napa County law enforcement officials said. “No state law specifically requires the release of booking photos or mugshots, but policies regarding this topic can vary by jurisdiction.”

A California district attorney is also refusing to release the police body cam showing the arrest of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi.

It was also revealed last month that Paul Pelosi allegedly “killed” his older brother when he lost control of a car that he was driving back when he was a teenager in 1957.
