Masks Off Toddlers in NYC; Judge Rules Mandate is “Arbitrary, Capricious & Unreasonable”

A New York State Supreme Court judge on Friday issued a permanent injunction on NYC’s toddler mask mandate.

Mayor Eric Adams recently stated toddlers could remove their masks on April 4th if COVID cases remained low.

However, the mayor’s abusive, illogical mandate was axed in court.

Hon. Ralph J. Porzio of the New York Supreme Court 13th Judicial District wrote the toddler mask mandate is “found by this court to be arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable.”

The mandate is “void and unenforceable,” effectively immediately.
