This week, someone leaked a Supreme Court opinion to the media which suggested that the court was going to overturn Roe v. Wade.
All this would do is send the abortion debate to individual states to decide this issue on their own, but the left is completely freaking out.
After accusing Republicans of being insurrectionists for over a year, left wing protesters descended on the Supreme Court within hours of the media leak.
Additionally, people in left wing media started using questionable language about what should happen next.

While opinions between Republicans and Democrats vary as to what an “insurrection” actually means, if we go by what appears to be the left’s definition, it would seem that’s exactly what they’ve been calling for in the aftermath of the blockbuster report from Politico about the draft majority opinion from SCOTUS in which Justice Samuel Alito wrote in response to the Mississippi pro-life case currently before the court that “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled.”
We documented late Monday several instances of prominent Twitter blue checks on the left calling for, in so many words, total war in response to the story, similar to their hysterical reactions to the news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death in September 2020.

The SCOTUS leak is an actual insurrection. An attempt to completely upend and delegitimize the rule of law, incite violence and chaos, and potentially plunge the nation into civil war. January 6th was a stroll in the park compared to this. It’s not even close.
