Democrats may have snuck into power like the snakes they are during the 2020 Georgia elections, but just over a year of democrat leadership has rattled voters.

Georgia Republican senate candidate Herschel Walker currently holds a 4 point lead over incumbent Raphael Warnock according to a new poll.

Walker currently holds the voter edge at 49% to 45%.

This lead is just outside of the 3-point margin for error of the survey, but it appears that the democrats may already be panicking.

Two super PACs in support of Warnock are already planning to spend millions of dollars on ads attacking Walker in hopes of creating another runoff situation.

However, Republicans in Georgia are primed and ready to take back their state.

The Hill has the latest on Walker’s lead in Georgia:

Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) narrowly trails Republican Herschel Walker in the Peach State’s marquee Senate race, according to a new The Hill/Emerson College poll.

Warnock, who won a special election in 2021 and is now running for a full term, is supported by 45 percent of registered voters in the poll released Wednesday, while Walker is backed by 49 percent of voters.

The Republican’s lead is just outside the survey’s margin of error of 3 percentage points, though 6 percent of voters remain undecided, according to the poll.

Newsmax has more on the poll, which appears to have democrats in a panic:

His lead against Warnock is just outside the survey’s margin of error of 3 percentage points. Six percent of voters remain undecided.

Two super PACs supporting Walker’s rivals plan to spend millions of dollars in ads attacking Walker in the eight weeks running up to the May 24 primary in hopes of creating a runoff situation, according to Politico.

Walker spokesperson Mallory Blount in a statement to Politico said there likely wasn’t any chance of a runoff occurring.

Clay Travis talked about Walker’s rise in Georgia:
