The F.B.I. wants to fire agents who voluntarily took part in the January 6th protests?
Surely the agency itself sent more agents as undercover provocateurs than agents and employees who willingly took part in the protests as concerned citizens who supported the cause…
According to reports, the bureau wants to fire employees who actually showed up to these protests in good faith…
Aside from the hypocrisy I mentioned earlier, the move is purely political and completely unjust. These were simple protests that erupted into violence because of a few bad actors…more than likely undercover F.B.I. bad actors….
Most people at these protests were peaceful, and the F.B.I. itself confirmed that there was no premeditated violence on the part of Trump supporters—there was no insurrection.
How is this agency, or any other entity, for that matter, going to fire people who did nothing wrong? How can the wrongdoing of a few bad actors cast a negative light on the overwhelmingly peaceful majority?

The Epoch Times reports:
In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Republicans confirmed reports that the Department of Justice’s Inspector General’s office is considering investigating whether the FBI revoked the security clearances of agents who attended the rally last year.
Republicans in previous letters had argued that revoking their security passes essentially forces them out of a job because clearance is needed to work at the FBI.
