With Durham’s latest court filing is a statement that asserts that the CIA concluded that the data from the Clinton campaign that falsely claimed Trump was coordinated with Russia was “user-created” and “not plausible”.
Throughout the new filing, Durham responded to several objections regarding what evidence Sussmann could bring to trial.
The new findings are huge because it literally states that the Pentagon knew that Clinton’s campaign lawyer was pushing the Russian hoax with lies.

In the filing, Durham responded to objections from Sussmann’s defense regarding what evidence could be admissible at Sussmann’s trial, which is scheduled to begin next month.
